Noma Hotel Athens

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping areas, bars, and public transportation. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were beautifully decorated with high ceilings and great air conditioning. I loved having a balcony with a glimpse of the Acropolis. The hotel also provided coffee and tea in the rooms, which was a nice touch. it had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only minor issue was that the TV in my room didn't work. However, it was not a big deal considering all the other positive aspects of this hotel.

Room service was disappointing, as they did not vacuum the floors, change sheets, or refill vanity supplies during our four-night stay. Despite requesting a change of sheets due to holes and a different blanket for comfort, our requests were not fulfilled.

The interior of the hotel was beautiful with its old exposed brick walls. Our room may have been small, but it added to the cozy atmosphere. Despite a few drawbacks, the central location of the hotel made it a great choice for a one-night stay.

The check-in experience was great, and the gentleman who assisted me was enthusiastic and cheerful. He made sure I was well aware of the room facilities. Despite a small mix-up with the bed type, the staff rectified the issue promptly. I had several requests throughout my stay, and they were all actioned immediately. The staff went above and beyond, even borrowing a bottle opener from a nearby restaurant for me.

The location of the hotel was perfect! Right by a lovely restaurant street, very close to the metro station, and right in the city center. The hotel staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful.
